Function Room

Our upstairs Function Room is available to hire 6 days a week (Tue-Sun) to both members and non-members—for a variety of purposes.

Note: The maximum occupancy of the upstairs Function Room is 80 people. A fully stocked and staffed Bar is also available upon request.

*** The Committee , may upon request, agree to a Function being held in the ground floor Main Lounge which can accommodate 120 people.

If you are planning a birthday party, club meeting, business meeting, christening, wedding anniversary or another special day, then contact the Bar Staff on 0161 432 1530 during opening hours or complete the Function Room Enquiry Form below.

N.B. Your application will be subject to committee review, so please wait for confirmation from Reddish Conservative Club before making further arrangements, e.g. invitations, catering, etc.

The function room hire tariff is as follows: Please contact a Committee Member or Bar Staff in advance if a staffed bar is also required.

Half Day Room Tariff: Members: £25 Non-members £50  ( Please note for all-day events the Room Tariff will be doubled )

The full £25 or £50 non refundable fee is required in advance to confirm the booking.

Funeral bookings are also accepted.

The Main Lounge can be booked by family of members who have passed on free of charge.  Non Members will be charged £50.

A £200 security deposit (not cheque) is to be paid 24 hours before the function. This security deposit will be refunded in full after the event in the absence of any damage.

NOTE: 21st Party bookings a security deposit of £300 is required.

Please note we do not take 18th Birthday Party bookings.

Recently Refurbished Function Room

The room comprises of a Fully stocked and staffed bar (upon request), Small stage ideal for DJ’s, Dance floor and a generous integrated Buffet Counter complete with power outlets to accommodate slow cookers etc for keeping food warm. Illuminated feature wall and ceiling.

Catering and Entertainment contacts can be provided upon request. Parties wishing to organise their own catering should be aware of and conform to food and hygiene regulations.

Clients are able to adjust the table layout as required and decorate the room for the occasion but they must be removed once the event finishes.

Alternatively,  you can download the Function Room Booking Form. Click HERE and visit the Club to hand in the completed form to a member of the Committee or Bar Staff. It will then be reviewed at the next monthly Committee meeting.

Please note the Function Room is on the first floor only accessible by a flight of stairs.  (*** See Note above.)
